Returns

• Eligibility: Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused items in original packaging. Custom-made and sale items are non-returnable.

• Approval: Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you of the return status.

Refunds

• Processing: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
